NYFFC Policies

ONLY registered kids can be on the field, for insurance and liability reasons.
A $35 processing fee is included in the registration.
NYFFC has sole discretion to determine if a class should be canceled due to weather. In the event of a cancellation, families will be contacted via email.
NYFFC prorates the class fee accordingly if joining after the 1st week of the season. If you believe there may be an error in your account, please contact us immediately in order to resolve any potential discrepancies.

Refunds

There are no refunds after the start of the season.
Eligible Refunds will exclude the classes already taken. Processing fees are non-refundable.
In the case of medical emergencies, a doctor's note must be provided to recieve a refund.
Make-up sessions for missed classes are NOT permitted.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
NYFFC reserves the right to cancel, combine, or re-schedule classes, due to lack of registration.
If a student, parent, or caretaker is dismissed because of improper conduct or unsafe behavior, season fees are automatically forfeited.
